Model Answer 1:
The family is the ancient platform of socialisation and everyone has their own families. I live in a nuclear family in Russia with my parents and a younger sister. My father is the most successful of all the family members.

My father, Viktor Nikolai, is the eldest son of his parents and the most amazing man of my family and in fact, he is the most successful individual in his entire family considering both of his parental or maternal sides. He is a businessman and deals with clothing business. He owns several large shops and stores in the local market, adjacent to our residence and takes care of them. The shops are conducted by our relatives and my father is responsible to do all the other required jobs including importing clothes and other materials for our store to adjust the balance at the end of the day. He has shined in his life for his hard efforts and sincerity to his business.

I meet with my father every day and it has become a rule for him to wake me up in the morning for the morning walk before I go to my college. Sometimes I ride with my father to reach my college on his motorbike. He never allows me to drive the bike as he believes that I am unable to drive the bike carefully. Besides, I meet with my father mostly at the night hours when I go to the shop and accompany him with any tasks if needed. Sometimes, I help him to adjust the cash amounts and figure out the daily sales. In the off days, my father sits with me to check about my learning and college issues. Often he helps me to solve my mathematical problems and the issues on geography. He is good at sciences and able to make the lessons simpler.

In the beginning of his career, my father was a reporter in a local newspaper after completing his graduation. But he was unable to bloom in his journalism career. By the time, he got married with mom and with her inspiration, he started the business. When he started the clothing business in the local market, he even could not afford a small shop there. He had to sell clothes standing in a corner on the markets street. But with his hard work and sincerity, gradually he started developing the business. He took some loans from a bank and bought a shop in the marketplace where he used to sell clothed by standing. The business started growing as the clothes he sold were of the finest quality. In fact, my father did not compromise with the clothing quality and thus his reputation as a cloth merchant spread near and far. Gradually he started the business with some other products and now he is a very successful man.

Success is the word that comes to those who adore it. My father knew that he could not shine in his former profession and thus he left the job of a journalist. Instead, he started the clothing business and at that moment it was truly difficult to sell clothes on a basket by standing on a corner on the street. He struggled a lot but did not take any support from his parents or anyone else. He wanted to be successful by his own attempts. He experienced numerous troubles in his life but none of the obstacles was strong enough to prevent his journey for a success. The key to his success is that the never lies to people about the garment quality and if someone came with any defected clothing, he smilingly changed that item with a fresh one. Besides, he travelled to different other parts of Russia and the world to bring out the finest materials for his business. Thereby, his sincerity, devotion to the business and the reliability that he has gained over time have made him the most successful man in my family.

Sample Answer 2:
I live in a joint family in Goa, India. My elder brother is a successful businessman and is also considered as one of the most successful men in the entire family. This is a very nice question and I thank you for this great candidate task card topic.

My brother is really a gentleman. He looks like the Bollywood film heroes with a wide forehead, solid muscles, attractive physique and obviously his gentle behave with everyone. He owns a medium-sized travel agency that is doing very good now. But in the beginning, it was hard for him to deal with everything. He is serving the nation and making a smart profit in a legal way.

I frequently meet him. In fact, I meet him in some certain times of the day. We have few family traditions. First of all, we are to take our breakfast and supper together. So, this is the time we discuss and share everything that happened or will possibly take place in the day. I am happy that every one of the family, including my elder brother, remains present there. He sits beside me, and loves me too much because I am his only sister and the only young girl in the family.  But if I need to meet him for other purposes, I make a phone call and reach his office or contact with him by other means.

In the beginning of his career, my brother had suffered a lot. He did not get the desired job and most of the times, he was unable to comply with the official rules. His independent attitude made him compelled to start his own project. He is now a successful businessman and owns his private tourism company. He has around 15 staffs and all of them are hardworking. The company arranges for customised and general tours inside and outside of India. In fact, with the sincere services, the company has become one of the leading one across the country. Despite being the owner of the company, he loves to work hard but allows flexibilities for his staff.

My brother is successful as he is hard working. When he was in a job, he could not work hard. He tried to represent his worth but experiencing the official politics, he was unable to do so. Often he had to be humiliated even if he did the right things. So, he changed a couple of jobs and the situations were the same everywhere. Then, he started his private tourism company on a small scale and invested his labour as much as he could. Finally, he was successful after struggling a lot. He cared for his business and employees. In return, he achieved the success.
